At Opensource Record Shop, we’re dedicated to delivering your records and gear quickly, securely, and with care. Whether you’re digging for vinyl or grabbing merch, here's what you can expect:


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.

You'll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.


Free Local Pickup — San Diego, CA

We offer free local pickup for customers in the San Diego, California area.

You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup instructions, location, and hours will be provided in your confirmation email.

Bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid ID at pickup.


Free Local Delivery (San Diego, California Only)

Orders over $50 are eligible for free local delivery within San Diego city limits.

Delivery is typically made within 2–4 business days.

Valid local shipping address required.


Packaging & Handling

We take great care to protect your records:

Records are shipped in sturdy LP mailers.

All items are securely packed with appropriate inner protection.

Double-boxing is used for high-value or multi-record orders.


Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:

We’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your package is lost or damaged.

We’ll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Open Source Record Shop is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers.
